We have been living in Almoradi only for a few months and we love it dearly. Our children are too young for school, but have heard the education here is very good. My husband is on contract work and I look after the kids. When we are all together we spend lots of quality time together. Jenny

Rheumatoid Arthritis Relief - Massage Therapy For Managing Arthritic Pain
My first post Ia m going to talk about how to Manage Arthritic Pain.
Massage therapy will not cure rheumatoid arthritis but it will definitely offer a rheumatoid arthritis pain relief and will lessen the stress associated with it.
Why Massage Therapy
Massage therapy is considered one of the popular alternative or complementary rheumatoid arthritis treatments because:
- It lessens muscle tension so that stiffness and muscle pain is reduced.
- It promotes better blood flow.
- It improves joint movement and flexibility.
- It reduces inflammation and the pain that goes along with it.
- It is relaxing hence people don’t feel stressed out.
According to a recent study, massage therapy has helped to increase grip strength in the hands of people who suffer from arthritis. In a four week period, a massage was given once a week to participants in the study. In addition, the participants were asked to perform the same massage routine on a daily basis.

ART CLASSES
A new art class begins tomorrow at Bar Rosa in Los Montesinos (just next to the square) 10.30- 12.30pm and even if you think you can't draw a straight line, you'll be amazed at the progress you are able to make. You will be very welcome to simply come along, have a coffee and a chat. All drawing materials are provided for the first few weeks.

Come and join in the fun at our action-packed holiday club. Our activities do not follow a strict timetable. The only exceptions to this are the Intensive English Lessons (9am-10am and 1pm-2pm) and the Soccer Camp. All our activities will be enjoyed throughout the week.

Intensive English lessons and assessments
Spanish and English are spoken throughout the day. There is a Certificated Football camp for children aged between 8 and 13 which is run in conjunction with Arsenal FC and includes 2 hours of football coaching and tuition (in Spanish and English) plus 3 hours of swimming each day.
Summer club runs from 8.30am until 6.00pm. Hot lunches and sandwiches are available to order, or you can provide your own packed lunch. Hot lunches are €3.50 per day and sandwiches start from €2.00 per day. Snacks and plenty of drinks should be provided. Please ensure you send in suncream and a sunhat.

€250 PER MONTH (INCLUDING ENGLISH LESSONS IF REQUIRED)
€280 PER MONTH INCLUDING THE CERTIFICATED FOOTBALL CAMP
(Places are limited on the Camp so book early to avoid disappointment)
